Our take
I picked up this SPRI 1-pound dumbbell set for light arm workouts. The pink vinyl coating is nice and the grip feels comfortable. At just 1 pound each, they're great for rehab or very light toning but not for building muscle. The price is reasonable at $12, but I wish they were a bit heavier for general use. They work fine for what they are.
